My family came over recently to meet the chickens and we all had a really fun time. Especially my brother’s girlfriend Ali, who went all gooey eyed over our feathery friends. Nan was pleased to meet her namesake, Hilda, and Ali has since requested that we get a chicken to name after her. It didn’t seem quite right to name our two new savages after her, so we have yet to get an Ali chook!! :-/
